Raise a Concern

This page covers two different kinds of concerns you might have: something wrong with content we published, and something wrong with a casino operator we’ve written about. We handle those very differently, so it’s worth being clear on which one you’re dealing with.

A problem with something SmartFit published

If you spot a factual error, an outdated bonus term, a broken link, or anything else that’s wrong or unclear in one of our articles, this is exactly the kind of thing we want to know about. Email [email protected] with:

  • A link to the page in question
  • What’s wrong, as specifically as you can describe it
  • Where you’re getting your correct information from, if applicable (a source helps us fix it faster)

See our Editorial Policy for how corrections get handled once we receive them.

A dispute with a casino operator

If your concern is actually about a casino operator (a bonus that wasn’t honored, a withdrawal that’s delayed, a dispute about account terms), we’re not in a position to resolve that for you. We’re a publisher, not the operator, and we don’t have access to your account, their systems, or any authority over their decisions. Sending us the details won’t get your issue fixed.

What actually helps in that situation:

  • Start with the operator’s own support team. Most disputes get resolved at this level.
  • If that doesn’t work, escalate to their regulator. The operators we write about are typically licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), or the Government of Curaçao (see our Licensing & Compliance page). Each of these bodies has its own complaint-handling process for licensed operators. Check the specific operator’s licensing details (usually in their site footer) to find the right one.

A concern about gambling harm

If your concern is about problem gambling, yours or someone else’s, that’s a different kind of issue than a billing dispute, and it deserves a different resource. See our Responsible Gambling page, which points to the Responsible Gambling Council (RGC) and other support options.

What we can and can’t promise

We can promise to read what you send us and to fix genuine errors in our own content. We can’t promise to resolve a dispute between you and a third-party operator, act as a mediator, or guarantee any particular outcome — that’s simply outside what an editorial site is able to do.
